WARRANTY
All GIO Gas ATV’s & Dirt Bikes have a 6 month manufacturer's parts only warranty.
Electric products 3 months on motor controls and battery.
Warranty does not cover labor or wear and tear parts.
The complete ATV, Dirt Bike, must be at our premises to be inspected for any warranty
to apply.
If the ATV/Dirt Bike has been tampered or altered or the dealer suspects it has been
abused in any way the warranty is void.
All Fluids, Spark Plug, Spark Plug Wire(High-voltage Wire), Air Filter, Fuel Filter, Throttle
Body, Shift/Throttle/Idle/Brake Cables, Clutch, Drive Chains, Front/Rear Brake Pads,
Front/Rear Calipers, Front/Rear Rotors, Front/Rear Axle, A-Arms, Front/Rear Spindle,
Swing Arm/Sway Bar Bushings, Front/Rear Tires, Front/Rear Wheels, fasteners, decals,
or cosmetic body panels, Fuses, Head/Tail Light Housings, light Bulbs, Seats, Seat
Boards, Floor Boards, Mirrors, Wind Shield, Rubber/Plastic Components, Hardware
General Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover component failure or damage
caused by any of the following: abnormal strain or stress; neglect; abuse; improper
maintenance; improper use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to racing, jumping,
stunt driving. (DEALERS ONLY- improper assembly of components which were
supplied in the factory sealed carton)
BREAK-IN PERIOD
DAILY PRE-RIDE INSPECTION & BREAK-IN PERIOD
WARNING
You must inspect your machine each time before riding to ensure it is in proper working
order. If proper inspection is not done, severe injury or death could result.
Use the following checklist to verify your machine is in proper working order each time
you ride.
Item/Inspection procedure
1. Engine stop switch-check for proper function.
2. Wheels-check for tightness of wheel nuts and axle nuts; check that axle nuts are
secured by cotter pins.
3. All brakes-check operation
4. Throttle-check for free operation and closing.
5. Loose parts-visually inspect vehicle for any damaged components or loose nuts/bolts
or fasteners.
6. Steering-check for free operation noting any unusual looseness in any area.
7. Proper helmets, goggles and clothing.
DOG BONE RECREATIONAL MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS AND
TIME LIMITATIONS SPECIFIED IN THE WARRANTY ABOVE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.
ADDITIONALLY, THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS
OF USE.
